contact us for price and availability Prices are in Pounds Sterling and are quoted for the cottage for a 7-day let, Saturday-to-Saturday. Price includes all electricity, gas, oil (heating and cooking), logs, bed linen and towels. Please take your own beach/swimming towels. |

Call or email Jan or Calum Harper (contact details below) to check availability and complete the booking form and send this along with the £100 non-refundable deposit per week. This will be acknowledged immediately to confirm your booking. The balance of the rent must be sent no later than 6 weeks prior to your arrival. The rental period is from Saturday to Saturday and we request that outgoing tenants leave by 10:00am and incoming tenants should not arrive before 3:00pm - please. This is a non-smoking cottage and we regret that pets are not allowed. |

Cancellations: |

The £100 per week deposit is non-refundable. Where you cancel following full payment we will endeavour to re-let the cottage. If we re-let the cottage we will refund the cost (less the £100 deposit), however, if we cannot re-let no refund will be made. |
